Getting "fit" is a personal goal and mindset. Dropping the last five (stubborn) pounds, running three miles, fitting in that size-4 you always wanted or even to save your life. The one thing that isn't different is dedication and you have to make your health a top priority if you want to get any type of results.

Trying to make a healthy lifestyle takes time and practice. You have been used to the same lifestyle for many years and know that nothing happens overnight. Set a goal for yourself that is realistic because it will be a long haul and you will hit bumps in the road; however, you cannot allow it to throw you off track.

Life throws many obstacles in your way, so be prepared! If you want to accomplish your goal then you have to think about it 24/7. No one is perfect and things do happen, but the key is to not make it a habit. Your habit should be to better yourself and your lifestyle, not just for you but also your loved ones. Stay consistent and you will see changes which will keep you motivated and wanting to push more and more!

No one said it was going to be easy. If it was, than our nation would not have the obesity issue as we do now. The word “workout” is defined as “a session of vigorous physical exercise or training.” –Google Dictionary Therefore… it is not supposed to be easy. Step out of your comfort level and get a good sweat on. Do not worry about what others think because they are likely thinking, "Wow. They are working hard, maybe I should train like that!" Keep your body guessing so it does not get used to one specific activity and make sure to keep it challenging.
